2008 will be an exciting year to be a member of the Port Perry Tennis Club. We welcome a new Club Pro, John Long, who will be spending significantly more time at the Courts than we have enjoyed in the past. This will ensure our Programs are running smoothly, and that our Members enjoy these programs to the fullest. John will provide all of the Programs offered below unless stated otherwise. John Long has been coaching full time for over 10 years and is certified through Tennis Canada as a Coach Level 3 and Club Pro Level 2. He has also served as a District Chair for the Ontario Tennis Association, served on the Board for the OTA, and been an Assistant Course Facilitator for Tennis Canada. John has coached players that have moved on to scholarships and even the Davis Cup. He has owned and operated Ajax Winter Tennis for the past 12 years.
